What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe for all our billing, which allows us to accept US Bank Transfers, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and most major credit cards, including American Express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard.
How much does a typical project cost?
We need some info before we can give you a realistic estimate. Otherwise, the answer would just be "anywhere between $5k and $100k," which just isn't helpful for anybody. That being said, getting an estimate takes less than 5 minutes.
Will I be charged if you take longer than expected on a project?
No. Your project fee is fixed and final before you sign. The only exception is if the scope of work changes mid-project. Examples would include: adding new pages, adding new integrations, or adding complex animations to a simple page.
What's your refund policy?
Your security deposit is non-refundable. However, you can cancel at any time after signing with no penalty. We'll bill you for the hours worked since signing, and you won't be responsible for anything further.
